FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I become a member of the Washington State University Campus Crew?
A: Visit www.loveyourmelon.com and fill out the application. Our campus crew is currently maxed out at 20 members, but we have a wait list and try to keep the wait listed members actively involved. Once current crew members graduate or leave the team, wait listed members will have priority. If you would like to apply to join the wait list, visit http://www.loveyourmelon.com/pages/ambassadors

Q: The beanies are always sold out! How will I ever get one?
A: Keep up with us on our social media because we are always posting about the product releases ahead of time. The products sell out quickly - usually within the hour - so we always suggest people place their orders RIGHT at the time announced. You can also pre-order some of your favorite beanies at all times!

Q: How do I give the Washington State University Campus Crew credit? What do those credits do?

A: "Credits" given at checkout give the campus crew promotional materials that we are able to distribute to the campus through contests, giveaways, and more. When we reach enough credits, our campus crew will be able to actually visit the hospitals dressed as superheroes and hand-deliver the beanies to the children fighting cancer! To give credit to our campus crew, select "Washington State University" at checkout.

Q: How much are the beanies?

A: The beanies are currently priced at $30 each.

Q: How exactly does buying a beanie help a child with cancer?

A: When you purchase a beanie from Love Your Melon, the company donates a beanie to a child fighting cancer. Campus crew members like us are sent these beanies from Love Your Melon to personally deliver to the children. In addition, half of the proceeds are donated to the Pinky Swear Foundation and Curesearch, two organizations that fund treatment and research for childhood cancer.

Q: I know a child with cancer who I would like a beanie to be given to. How can I get a Love Your Melon beanie for them?

A: Love Your Melon has a "request a hat" page that will allow you to fill out all of their information so they can be given a beanie. This page can be found here: http://www.loveyourmelon.com/pages/requestahat
